Parkour Fundamentals is a 6 week ‘course’ of classes that will give you a solid foundation. No minimum physical requirements and aimed at Parkour newbies. We are currently booking for Thursdays 5:30 – 7:30pm from September 26 till October 31. If another time of the week works for you, please get in touch as we may add another.
We have already run 4 full courses and the program has been great at accelerating what took some of us instructors years to learn, into a few short weeks of knowledge and practice.
